Teaching

Undergraduate:

Properties of materials.

Graduate:

Nanomaterials such as carbon nanotubes and fullerenes show exceptional promise for quantum information processing. Electron and nuclear spins in endohedral fullerene molecules and other materials can be manipulated with exquisite precision, with long memory times. This paves the way for using such materials as components for solid state quantum computing.
