Careers and volunteering

Many alumnae, parents and friends have expressed interest in helping St Anne’s students think about their future careers, in offering internships, venues for events or volunteering with the College.

Careers Network

If you would be happy to be contacted via email or phone about careers or to talk directly with interested students please let us know. Find out more on our careers network pages

Students highly value and learn from interactions with alumnae while alumnae find it rewarding to share their experiences. If your company is able to offer an internship or you are interested in advertising a position to St Anne’s students please let us know. Find out about the types of internships on offer.

Career Events

As the jobs market becomes ever more competitive and challenging for our Leavers, St Anne's is working hard to give students good advice and practical support. We hold a number of different career events including CV clinics and informational interviews throughout the year. Get in touch if you would like to support these.

There are a range of opportunities to pass on your knowledge and experience at College events. We are often looking for speakers for careers events and also alumnae events. If you are interested in speaking about your field, sharing research or discussing key topics with other alumnae, please reach out to the Development team

Offer a venue

We are always on the lookout for interesting venues that alumnae will enjoy visiting and will help make an event memorable. Are you able to offer us the use of such a venue for a future event? If so, we would love to hear from you.

There are a number of other ways you can volunteer your time to help St Anne's College.

  • You could be involved with the SAS Committee, helping to organise events such as the Gaudy Seminar.
  • Volunteer to help with our outreach programme and other schools projects at St Anne's.
