St Anne’s College Event Refund Policy
If you should have to cancel your registration, notification in writing should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to The Development Office, St Anne’s College, Woodstock Road, Oxford, OX2 6HS. Please make sure you state the name of the event and date clearly.
St Anne’s College will provide guests with event refunds based on the following timeline. If you chose to make a donation to College during the event registration process, this would not usually be included as part of the refund.
- Full refunds for all event and accommodation costs incurred are available from time of booking, up until 2 weeks prior to the event start date.
- Unfortunately, we are not able to offer any refund for cancellations made less than 2 weeks before an event.
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of notice to cancel.
If, for whatsoever reason, you do not turn up for the event (a "no show”) this shall be considered a cancellation. You will be charged the full amount for your place and a refund will not be given.
Cancellation of an event
St Anne’s College reserves the right to cancel an event. In the event of such a cancellation and where a fee has been charged to attend, we shall refund the full value of the booking.
St Anne’s College expressly excludes any liability for any direct or indirect losses or damages howsoever arising as a result of such cancellation and will not, for example, be responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.
All reasonable attempts will be made to communicate with those who have registered to attend the event using registrant details provided at the time of event registration. Cancellation details will also be posted on the College website.
