Information on the College and Development Office databases is held under the provisions of the Data Protection Act (1998).

All information submitted will be stored securely in the College and Development Offices, whose responsibility it is to ensure its safekeeping, and the accuracy of data held.

The data may be used either by St Anne’s College or the University of Oxford, in and outside of the UK, for the purposes of development. These include the provision of services to senior members and supporters (eg, free magazines, invitations to events); and fundraising (eg, direct mailing designed to secure the future of St Anne’s).

None of the data held will be transferred to any other organisation or individual without an individual's explicitly stated consent.

Consent for the use of all information included on our Update Form for the purposes of development is assumed by its distribution. Please inform either the College or Development Offices if you wish to withdraw this consent: we promise to respect your wish.
