All US gifts should be directed through Americans For Oxford Inc., a tax-exempt public charity to which tax-deductible contributions may be made. Gifts can be made online at

The Boards of Directors of each must retain ultimate discretion; but, in practice, if you make clear that St Anne’s is your preferred recipient, your choice will be respected.

Residents of Germany can make a donation to Oxford through German Friends of Oxford University, a registered charity run by Dr Jan Willisch. Dr Willisch is also a partner at lindenpartners, a corporate law firm based in Berlin.

  • German Friends of Oxford University is authorised to issue donation receipts to German donors, entitling them to offset charitable gifts from their taxable income in Germany.

Transnational Giving Europe

The College has an agreement via the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) which enables Transnational Giving between a number of European countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Switzerland. The TGE network enables donors resident in one of the participating countries (both corporations and individuals) to financially support non-profit organisations in other member countries, while benefiting directly from the tax advantages provided for in the legislation of their country of residence.
