Our dedicated Outreach Officer works to support school-age students and those who advise them. Under the University's regionalisation scheme, St Anne's College has particular links with schools in Tyne and Wear, Northumberland and the London boroughs of Southwark and Hillingdon.
St Anne's has a strong commitment to widening participation and ensuring that the opportunities of an Oxford education are accessible to all those with the potential to thrive here, regardless of background.
Support from St Anne's College may take the form of a visit to your school to provide information, advice and guidance about higher education in general, or St Anne's, Oxford and its application process in particular.
We welcome visits to St Anne's from school groups and individuals throughout the year and offer frequent opportunities for groups of Year 9/10 or Year 12 students from state schools in our link regions to attend aspiration-raising Discovery Days and Taster Days.
We particularly encourage prospective applicants to visit St Anne's during one of our three annual Open Days in June and September to meet our tutors and students.
Our outreach work is supported by a fantastic team of trained undergraduate Student Ambassadors who are committed to demystifying the Oxford application process and demonstrating the friendly and progressive nature of the College.
St Anne's contributes to the University's Pathways Programme, a scheme which targets non-selective state schools with little or no history of sending students to Oxford, and the University's flagship UNIQ programme.
