Education is, of course, at the heart of university life, and St Anne's greatly values its special links with our Department of Education.

We have two Tutorial Fellows in Education (Gordon Stanley and Roger Trend) with wide-ranging interests, and many other Fellows have very keen interests in education practice and research within their own subjects. It follows, therefore, that many of the meetings of our integrating subject families are of immediate relevance for graduate students in Education. To support all of this activity we have an exceptionally well-stocked and up-to-date education section in our library. In addition, we hold several formal and informal social events for graduate students through the year. Finally, St Anne’s is just a few minutes’ walk from the Department of Education, so regular daily contact is not just a vague hope: it actually happens!

Please see the links below for details of the postgraduate courses available in Education and for information about how to apply.

St Anne's offers a number of scholarships, grants and awards for postgraduate students. Please see our pages on Financial Matters for details.
