As the biggest undergraduate college for English, St Anne’s is an excellent base for postgraduate study.
The teaching fellows – Ann Pasternak Slater, Siân Grønlie, Freya Johnston, Bharat Tandon – the Professor of Bibliography Kathryn Sutherland, and the Leverhulme Major Research Fellow Matthew Reynolds all take a strong interest in their graduate students and advisees. The College’s lending library is exceptionally well stocked for English, and our Subject Family seminars are a forum in which you can present and discuss your work. We run a scheme which offers teaching experience to DPhil students; all our graduates will benefit from the strong sense of intellectual community here.
Please see the links below for details of the postgraduate courses available in English and for information about how to apply.
St Anne's offers a number of scholarships, bursaries and awards for postgraduate students. Please see our pages on Financial Matters for details.
