St Anne’s has a thriving community of medical students.
Most have previously been students at the College in the first three years of the six-year medical course, or as part of the four-year Graduate Entry Course. Others join the College having pursued pre-clinical studies at another Oxford college or at Cambridge.
Clinical tutorials are provided by Dr Lancaster. There is also a growing tradition of senior students and recently qualified doctors providing teaching and support to junior students.
The College library has a good collection of relevant texts, and students are encouraged to request books that are not available.
There are a number of opportunities to study overseas in the Oxford course, and clinical students frequently receive support for these placements from College travel funds.
Please see the links below for details of the postgraduate courses available in Medicine and for information about how to apply.
St Anne's offers a number of scholarships, grants and awards for postgraduate students. Please see our pages on Financial Matters for details.
