
St Anne’s is committed to developing its graduate scholars as the next generation of university teachers. These scholarships offer doctoral students training in university teaching which enables them to teach some undergraduates.
A Graduate Development Scholar, depending on your teaching experience, will be required to undergo training in teaching and then to teach for up to three hours per week for the College and to act, where appropriate, as a teaching assistant or in the organization of Subject Family events.
How many? | Up to six at any one time. There will be four available for 2012-13 |

Who can apply? | Current graduate members of St Anne’s who are doctoral students in their last two years of research |
Value? | Equal to the College Fee + College accommodation at half price or the monetary equivalent |
How and When to apply? | Current graduate students will be contacted by the Tutor for Graduates at the end of Hilary Term 2012. Contact the PA to the Senior Tutor if you have any queries. Deadline for applications is 30 June 2012. |
Anything else? | You will require the support of your supervisor and College adviser and you will be expected to carry out up to 3 hours of teaching per week to St Anne’s students as part of the Scholarship. |
