Going to university is one of the most exciting decisions you will make. You want to get it right!

Five easy steps:

  • Do your research on the subject and type of degree programme best suited to your interests and passions.
  • Understand fully what we are looking for. Departments and Faculties have their admissions criteria readily available on their websites; links to these can also be found via our Course pages.
  • Come and visit us at College and Faculty Open Days, and/or informal visit arrangements. Seeing is believing! You will be able to meet Tutors and students, and get a very real sense of what life here is all about. Our College Days are hugely successful – we look forward to meeting you.
  • Plan ahead with your application. See the Oxford University Admissions website for precise information about what’s required, including the all-important deadlines.
  • Keep in touch with us. Ask as many questions as you need ahead of applying.

St Anne's prides itself on looking after our students. This starts when candidates come to Oxford for interview. A number of our current students remain at St Anne's after the end of term so they can look after candidates, ensuring they know what is happening and have a friendly helper to assist them. They organise activities for the evenings and do their best to make sure everyone is as calm as possible and able to give their best in an interview.
