National Black Boys Can Programme  •  WISE Programme

Excell3 is a national education charity whose aim is to raise the academic aspirations and achievements of less advantaged children. It operates two programmes; the National Black Boys Can Association which targets Black Boys, and the WISE programme, which targets other disadvantaged groups (e.g. children from lower socio-economic backgrounds, under-represented ethnic minority groups and children in care). Pupils from all these groups are under-represented in the best British universitites (Russell Group Universities). St Anne's College has been the programme's sponsor on behalf of the University of Oxford since 2006.
