Database and Research Officer
Full time, permanent, £32,793 per annum
St Anne’s College seeks to appoint a professional and highly motivated individual to join the College’s successful Development team. The Officer will be working within a team of seven individuals, including a Director, Deputy Director & Head of Communications, a Senior Development Officer, a Regular Giving and Stewardship Officer, Alumnae Relations Officer, and a Development Assistant. They will also work with the Principal, Fellows, Senior Managers and other members of College.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of database management and data manipulation skills for an organisation of similar complexity. Experience of leading and managing prospect research and working within a fundraising environment is desirable but not essential. A high level of accuracy and excellent IT skills (especially Microsoft Excel) are essential. Knowledge of Development databases (DARS/Raiser’s Edge or equivalent) and data protection legislation is highly desirable.

We are a full-time day nursery, rated Outstanding by Ofsted, located in a purpose-built detached building and private garden within the grounds of St Anne’s College. We cater for up to 12 children aged 6 months to 5 years.
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse. The suitable candidate will be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, or equivalent, and will work 2 days per week, Monday and Tuesday 8.45 to 5.15pm, with a 45 minute unpaid break totalling 15.5 hours work. An enhanced DBS will be required.
Duties will include acting as a key worker, drawing up long term, medium and session plans for your children. You will comply with the EYFS statutory framework and practice guidelines and provide a stimulating and happy atmosphere in which all children can interact and develop fully.
We looking for someone with the ability to inspire and enthuse young children, with excellent communication and listening skills.

Casual Kitchen Porter / Wash-Up
£7.50 per hour plus 0.91p per hour holiday pay. Total payable per hour £8.41
We are seeking Casual Kitchen Porters / Wash up. Working in the Catering department your main duties will be to ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned thoroughly.
The roster includes evening and weekend shifts but in particular we are looking for people available to work at the weekends. Shifts may vary depending on College needs. As this is a casual role there is no guarantee of being offered any shifts.
