Nursery Nurse

Part time, 15.5 hrs per week, Permanent,
Salary £20,454 per annum pro rata, actual salary £8,181 per annum.

St Anne’s College Day Nursery is a full-time day nursery, located in a purpose-built detached building and private garden within the grounds of St Anne’s College. It caters for up to 12 children aged 6 months to 5 years.

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse. The suitable candidate will be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, or equivalent, and will work 2 days per week, Monday and Tuesday 8.45 to 5.15pm, with a 45 minute unpaid break totalling 15.5 hours work.  An enhanced DBS will be required.
Duties will include acting as a key worker, drawing up long term, medium and session plans for your children.  You will comply with the EYFS statutory framework and practice guidelines and provide a stimulating and happy atmosphere in which all children can interact and develop fully.

Administrator (Programmes and Networks)

Full time, Permanent £24,401 to £26,664 per annum

St Anne’s College is seeking a flexible and committed professional to work as its Administrator (Programmes and Networks). Working under the direction of the Director (Programmes and Networks) and in collaboration with other Academic Office staff, as well as Development Office, Bursary, and Treasury staff, the post-holder will spend 50% of his/her time supporting the development, coordination, planning, fundraising and execution of St Anne’s externally-facing academic programmes aimed mainly at current students and potential applicants. The post-holder will spend 20% of his/her time supporting the Senior Tutor, alongside the Senior Tutor’s Executive Assistant, and 30% of his/her time supporting the general work of the Academic Office, especially at times of pressure, for instance during Freshers’ Week, Admissions and examination periods. The post offers an exciting opportunity for someone who combines creativity, flexibility, and the ability to work collaboratively with high level organisational skills and project coordination skills.  The post is full time.

The successful candidate will have experience of organising and co-ordinating events.  They will be able to prioritise as necessary, work accurately and independently under pressure, and to work collaboratively and flexibly with a range of colleagues.  A high degree of computer literacy is essential including use of online resources and databases.

Casual Kitchen Porter / Wash-Up

£7.50 per hour plus 0.91p per hour holiday pay. Total payable per hour £8.41

We are seeking Casual Kitchen Porters / Wash up. Working in the Catering department your main duties will be to ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned thoroughly.

The roster includes evening and weekend shifts but in particular we are looking for people available to work at the weekends.  Shifts may vary depending on College needs. As this is a casual role there is no guarantee of being offered any shifts.
