Summer 2026 Open Day Ambassador Team
Free accommodation is specifically open to UK state school students who live a distance of 100+ miles from Oxford, with priority given to students who are in our link region in the North East of England. We may also be able to support some teachers with an overnight stay.
All day (08:00-17:00) - Student Ambassador-led Tours (leaving from the Danson Room/JCR)Join us for free coffee and pastries (08:00-09:45), a free hot buffet lunch (first come, first served 12:30-13:15), and free mini cakes (14:30-16:00)Learn more about Life as an LGBTQ+ Student at Oxford with our small-group talk 12:45-13:30.We will also have a Meet the Tutors session and alternative Parent/Carer/Supporter Talk running 13:30-14:30.Our Demonstration Interview subjects for September are Classics and Biology (14:45-15:30). You don't need to be applying for either subject to attend the demonstration interview, as they both serve as a good example of Oxford-style interviews. But you're especially welcome to attend if you are applying!
