We occupy a four acre site with a wide range of buildings dating from the 19th to the 21st Century, providing a mix of accommodation, offices, teaching rooms, catering and conference facilities.
Duties of this role include preparing and decorating internal and external surfaces using appropriate materials and techniques. You will carry out emergency repairs and ongoing maintenance, assist in preparing a decoration schedule and support other team members as needed.
You will have experience in painting and decorating in a maintenance or building environment alongside knowledge of surface preparation, materials and application techniques. We are looking for a positive reliable attitude, good communication skills and the ability to work both in a team and alone.
