Are you considering applying to Oxford or another world-leading, research-intensive university?
Would you like to know more about the University of Oxford? Colleges? And the admissions process?

Then we welcome you to join us for our interactive, insightful and fun Oxford Explained session led by Dr Shannon McKellar, Senior Tutor and Tutor for Admissions at St Anne’s College.

This session is designed for 15-17 year olds and we welcome any secondary school students to join.

During the session you will:
• Gain a better understanding of how Oxford colleges and the University work
• Hear about the Oxford admissions process so that if you decide to apply to Oxford you will know exactly what is needed and when at each stage of the process
• Gain insight into Oxford’s admissions tests; what they test, and how to prepare
• Practice answering typical admissions interview questions and hone your interview skills more generally

Additionally you can ‘meet the tutors’ and hear directly from Oxford tutors about studying different subjects at Oxford. Tutors represent Biochemistry, Classics, Computer Science, Earth Sciences, Experimental Psychology, Law, Maths, Medicine, Philosophy, and Politics.
