St Anne’s Boat Club invites you to join them for Summer Eights 2024.
Saturday of Eights Week falls on May 25th, and our crews will be racing all day, so whether you can make it for just the one division, or for the whole afternoon of racing and the celebration of everything SABC has achieved and will go on to achieve in years to come.
After the Torpids – and indeed most of this year’s water sessions – were tragically rained off, we have the whole club driving to make this Summer 8s one of the best in recent memory. From a renaissance of the men’s side which hopes for a clean sweep, to the women defending their rightful place in Division I, we have plenty of on-water action to follow!
Programme for the day:
13:00-18:30 Watching from the boathouse and supporting our crews.
19:00-19:30 Drinks reception in the St Anne’s Quad
19:30-21:00 Barbecue in the St Anne’s Quad with speeches and prizegiving (tickets for the BBQ need to be purchased in advance)
