I read French and German at Somerville College and discovered a love for medieval studies. I qualified as a teacher following my BA and then returned to Somerville for my MSt. I have just finished my DPhil at St Anne’s in medieval French and German, looking at ‘Late Medieval Marian Lyric in Urban Spaces: The Poetry of the Puy and Meistergesang, 1388-1525’ so am delighted to continue my association with the college now as Stipendiary Lecturer. Before this post, I was Stipendiary Lecturer in German at Somerville
