Iris Murdoch: 100 Years of Memories (SAS South Branch)

Many members knew the philosopher and novelist Iris Murdoch, or were even taught or interviewed by her. In her centenary year, this is an opportunity to share and listen to personal memories as well as hear from some Iris Murdoch specialists. The Panel will be chaired by Miles Leeson, Director of the Iris Murdoch Research Centre at Chichester University and will include AN Wilson (one of Iris’ biographers), her god-daughter Kate Levey and former students Maureen Gryffudd Jones and Judith Vidal-Hall.

The event will be held on Saturday 12th October at Chichester University, beginning at 2.30pm for 3pm, followed by tea.
