‘Last Night in The Bevs’

We are delighted to announce that St Anne’s is hosting a ‘Last Night in The Bevs’ event on Saturday 1st April 2023 for your chance to stay in College and see our Bevington Road houses one final time in their current form, before renovations start in June.

We are now offering two different types of ticket for this unique even:

If you would like to stay in College overnight, in “The Bevs” before they are renovated, tickets are £75 and include afternoon tea on arrival with your accommodation in one of the houses, plus breakfast the next morning (8am to 9.30am). There will also be a talk on the renovation, with the model and plans on display. We encourage you to invite along your fellow former housemates (and other friends if you wish) to make a weekend of it.

For those unable to stay overnight, we are also offering the opportunity to hear the talk from the architects, along with a delicious afternoon tea for £25 per person (includes a complimentary glass of fizz!).

If you are staying over, please do let us know which house/room was yours and we will do our best to allocate you the same room. This will be on a first come-first served basis. The renovation is a reconfiguration of the internal rooms and will add 12 bedrooms across the 10 houses – therefore, this is the last chance to stay in your old room as it may not exist after the renovation!

Timings:

Parking on site is limited and so we can only make arrangements for people with disabilities. Please use one of the many Park & Ride facilities. We are also unable to accept refunds after the 26th March.

Please note that the houses are being renovated for a reason, so we ask you to be mindful of that when booking. The properties are being renovated, not demolished, and will still be in use by our students for Trinity Term, please do not cause any damage in the moment. Nevertheless we hope you will enjoy a trip down memory lane.
