St Anne’s Society (SAS) – Gallery Tour of the V&A ‘Renaissance Art & Artefacts’

This is a wonderful opportunity to examine the Renaissance treasures at the V&A in the company of Dr Paula Nuttall, Director of the V&A Academy Late Medieval and Early Renaissance Year Course.  Paula has taught at the V&A since 1993 and is extremely familiar with its outstanding renaissance collections.  She is also an Associate Lecturer at the Courtauld and will be known to some of you from her many lectures, tours and her book From Flanders to Florence: The Impact of Netherlandish Painting 1400-1500 (Yale, 2004). This exciting tour will focus on a variety of objects including paintings sculpture and tapestry. It is timed to coincide with the Donatello Exhibition at the V&A on which subject Paula will speak briefly.

The tour will last 90 mins, the cost is £20 per person. All St Annes Students & Alumnae are welcome to attend although numbers are limited to 20.
