Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. Internship

The Law firm Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. intend to offer one 4-8 week internship over the Long Vacation.

The student would be interning under a specific team, as per their practice area preference. They would be allotted a training guide within the team and a mentor (an Oxford Alumni) for guidance in terms of work and otherwise.

• Who can apply: Second and third year undergraduates and graduates studying Law (excluding Visiting Students)
• Suggested subject areas: General Corporate, Project Finance, Dispute Resolution, Banking & Finance, Intellectual Property, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Competition Law, Capital Markets, Tax
• Language requirements: Fluent in English
• Period: 4-8 weeks over the Long Vacation
• Location: New Delhi / Mumbai
• Accommodation and travel: Hotel and flights booked and paid for by firm
• Remuneration: 50,000 rupees per month

Application Process You will need to submit the following:

• CV
• Covering letter: One-side of A4, in which you describe the type of work you’d like to complete on the internship, any preference for sectors and your reasons for wanting to gain this experience.
• Reference from your Personal Tutor: It is your responsibility to ensure references are emailed directly by your Tutor before the deadline.

Interviews: Shortlisted applicants will be interviewed by representatives of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.
